I declare that the information contained in this application is complete and correct to the best of my knowledge. I hereby agree to comply with the student rules and regulations of IMC Education (Pvt) Ltd which I have read and clearly understood before signing this declaration. I also agree for any penalties assessed for non – compliance with the rules and regulations. In signing this application for admission, I understand that this subsequent information placed in my student record will be used for the purposes of admissions, registrations and any other purposes in connection with the mandate of IMC Education (Pvt) Ltd. I accept that, if I do not fully comply with these requirements, the institute shall have the right to reject my application and I shall have no claim against IMC Education (Pvt) Ltd regarding the same. I hereby grant the authority to IMC Education (Pvt) Ltd to proceed with my application to the relevant university and I confirm that I shall not proceed my application to the same university through another agent / sub agent / official representative of the same university. IMC Education (Pvt) Ltd will assist in the application process, Pre-University pathway programs and relevant coordination with the universities. As an Education institute IMC Education (Pvt) Ltd shall assist and guide the students in the visa process but shall not be liable for obtaining student visa or any other visas which is under the sole discretion of the relevant immigration authorities. Therefore I understand that IMC Education shall not be held responsible for any visa refusals. I have read and clearly understood all the information explained to me by IMC Education (Pvt) Ltd, including all types of fees stated in the fee structure / student agreement extended to me pertaining to the respective university / program admission. I understand that type of fee paid in association with my application including Application / Registration Fee, Professional handling Fee, Visa fee or any other fee motioned in the student agreement / fee structure extended to me will not be refunded under any circumstances. Further I hereby confirm that I shall not request for such refunds from IMC Education (Pvt) Ltd under any circumstances.
