IMC Education was privileged to host a delegation from Vitebsk State Medical University (VSMU), the leading institution for English Medium medical education in Belarus, during their visit to Sri Lanka. The primary goal of this visit was to strengthen the ties between Sri Lanka and VSMU through collaborative research and student exchange programs.
VSMU, a source of pride for Belarus, currently boasts over 750 Sri Lankan students studying at its esteemed institution. With more than 300 VSMU graduates practicing medicine in Sri Lanka and across the globe, the university’s impact is truly international. The exceptional performance of VSMU students in the ERPM/ACT16 program earned them the top rank in the ERPM examination in 2022 and the 2nd rank in February 2023.
