MELAKA MANIPAL MEDICAL COLLEGE

I’m Udari Pasqual, a 3rd year medical student at Melaka Manipal Medical College (MMMC) campus. I’m a passed out student of Regent International School, Gampaha. I’m towards the end of my Phase 1 at MMMC and the past 2.5 years in Manipal have been nothing short of amazing. The campus environment itself has been built to cater student needs. The facilities ranging from the library, hostel, sports complex and the medi-care services makes life at Manipal smooth and has created a home away from home in this university town. Most importantly, the academics in the campus are at high standards. Both theory and practical knowledge is provided in a systematic way to facilitate our understanding of subjects. There’s nothing to complain about. The lecturers are truly dedicated, supportive and anyone could approach them at any time to clear doubts. The guidance I got from them helped me to perform better in my studies. It paved the path for me, to achieve the subject prizes in following,
1. Dr Shobha Nadig GOLD MEDAL for the “Best Student” in Pharmacology.
2. Dr Shobha Nadig MEMORIAL PRIZE for the “Second Best Outgoing Student” in Phase 01.
3. Best student in Pharmacology and Forensic Medicine in the MBBS second year university exams.
4. Second position in the MBBS second year university exams

Moreover, another reason why I adore Manipal is the friendliness shared between students and lecturers. I am proud of the decision I took back by seeing who I am today and a huge thanks to Mr.Amila and his team from IMC Education for introducing us to MMMC, making me and my parents aware about the excellent academia at MMMC which is the result of me today. From the initial consultation where I knew nothing, IMC Education introduced me to MMMC from the very dot. From counseling to helping throughout the process of enrolment, accompanying us in our first journey to Manipal, Mr. Amila and his team assisted travelling with us day and night to make our admission process super convenient.

Finding the perfect university for me was tough and I finally chose MMMC via IMC. I would like to thank Mr. Amila who helped me a lot during those few months. He was one of the funniest at the same time most responsible person I’ve met. He helped us throughout the whole time from filling the forms to buying goods for our hostel rooms. He was really helpful when it came to the bank stuff (because I was a minor I had trouble opening a bank account) I would genuinely recommend IMC to anyone. I had a tough choice in selecting the university to pursue my Medical Education; however under the guidance of IMC and Mr. Amila, I selected Melaka Manipal Medical College. Mr. Amila and his team were very helpful right from the beginning throughout the application process.

I recently joined Melaka Manipal Medical College, through IMC and I’m very happy that I chose IMC as my agent. I was very confused about my options for university but with the help of IMC I chose a very well reputed university, Melaka Manipal Medical College. Mr. Amila accompanied us to the campus and helped with all the registrations formalities which were endless!

I started my medical journey to Melaka Manipal India on April 8th since then Mr. Amila helped us in each & every situation. I first met Mr. Inthikab at an exhibition held at the BMICH. Once I got my results I was directed to Mr. Amila. From that moment onwards till dropping us off at the University, IMC made sure that everything was done step by step ensuring that we did not feel any discomfort or frustration with the application process. From the point of submitting my documents everything was done for me by IMC even booking the air tickets and booking the Hotel for my parents.
